Returned to the gym today after several months away and … it was hard.
Today was upper body . Im by no means a “gym expert” but what I have learned from the last time I was going to the gym is that consistency is key. Next session is Saturday - thats the plan, although I have other plans on Saturday morning and I do prefer to go to the gym in the morning as opposed to the evening. This may change so may end up going tomorrow instead of Saturday.
What I did learn from todays session is that I am considerably weaker then the last time I went to the gym and the weight I can manage to lift to a lot less. So today I did the following excercies
