So went back to the gym again today… should have also went yesterday but time got away from me.
Today was legs and core and below are the excercises that I did ..

It was hard but manageable. Again I believe consistency is key.
After that I went home and worked on more prep work for my dnd session 3 which is scheduled for next weekend. All the prep is done bar some miniature printing and painting. The models I need are on the printer now and should be printed in the next couple of hours.. then onto the painting.
I’m looking forward to the next session as it’ll be the last one for a good couple of weeks because we’re back to Disneyland Paris a couple of weeks after that…
